A special blend of natural and raw salt is used as a base in
preparation of this product. The salt is smoked using wood from
the Australian Silver Banksia tree.
The flavour has been described by some as superior to traditional
birch and hickory smoking. Only natural ingredients and no artificial
flavours or additives are used in this gourmet salt.
Ideal on any food where you want to give a smoke flavour. Sprinkle
on fish, lamb or pork as a garnish after cooking.
